We make personalized baptism keepsake books. We collect only what it takes to print and ship your order, we keep no customer database of our own, and we never sell personal information. This page says exactly what we collect, where it goes, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- The details you type for the book: the child's name and baptism date, and if you add them, the church, the godparent's name, and a verse.
- Your email, phone number, and shipping address, so we can ship the book and reach you about the order.
- Payment details. Stripe takes these on its own secure page. We never see or store card numbers.
Why we collect it
- To make your book, print it, and ship it.
- To reach you about the order: a shipping update, a question about a name, a reprint.
- To handle a refund or a replacement.
That is the whole list. We do not sell personal information and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Who handles it
- Stripe processes the payment and holds the order record, including the book details, under its own privacy policy.
- A third-party print and shipping vendor receives your shipping address and the finished book files, and uses them only to print, ship, and handle a reprint.
- Our website is hosted on Vercel, which keeps short-lived server logs.
We share nothing with anyone else.
Analytics and ads
We always run Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without setting a cookie or storing anything on your device; it does not know who you are.
With your consent, we also run Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to see how people find the site and to measure our ads. These set cookies and record page views and steps such as starting an order or completing one, with the price; they never receive the book details, your address, your payment information, your email, or your phone number. Outside the EU, UK, and Switzerland, this consent is on by default and you can turn it off any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. In the EU, UK, and Switzerland, it is off until you accept the cookie notice shown on your first visit. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as declined automatically. Your choice is saved on this device; clearing your browser's site data for this page resets it. You can also block these tools with your browser's tracking protection or a content blocker, and the site works the same either way.
How long we keep it
- Stripe keeps the payment record for as long as payment and tax law require.
- The book details stay on the order record so we can fix or reprint a book. Ask us and we remove them.
- We keep no copy of your order in our own systems. Server logs hold the order number and amount, not names or addresses, and expire on their own.
Children
Books are ordered by adults as gifts. The child's details are entered by the adult buyer and used only to make the book. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Access or delete your data
Email us from the address you used at checkout and tell us what you want: a copy of what we hold about your order, a correction, or deletion. Within 30 days we remove the book details and your contact details from the order record and ask the print vendor to delete the files. Stripe keeps only the bare payment record the law requires. No account is needed and there is nothing to log into.
California residents: we do not sell personal information. Our ad measurement pixel may count as “sharing” under California law; blocking it as described above, or emailing us, opts you out.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Payment happens on Stripe's page, so card numbers never touch our servers. Access to the order record is limited to the people who fill orders.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the top.
