Shipping

Each book is printed after you order. Most US and Canadian orders leave the printer within3–5 business days and arrive in about 1–2 weeks from payment (print + mail). We'll email if something will take longer.

Personalization

Double-check the child's full name, date, church, godparent, and verse before paying. Those fields are printed into the book.

Refunds

Before production starts (24 hours after payment): contact us. We can cancel and refund in full.
After printing has started: personalized books generally cannot be restocked. We refund or reprint if we made an error (wrong text we introduced, damaged in transit with photos).
Changes after printing starts: we can print a corrected copy at cost. Write to us for the price.
